Recreational

Most members will fall into this program as it spans a broad spectrum of desires. Whether you have just finished a learn to row program and want to continue honing your skills or are a seasoned rower just looking to get out on the water regularly. You may even want to compete for fun at one of the local regattas (races) we attend.

Competitive

If you are looking to train to compete, whether it be at a junior or masters level, this will likely be your program. With Rowing Canada (RCA) sanctioned regattas across the province and the country that you can attend, your commitment is your limit!

Adaptive

We're adaptive! Our club has an adaptive single and our coaches are interested in getting all people on the water. Also called Para-rowing, an adaptive boat accomodates rowers with physical disabilities.
